Last one week I was trying to setup my development Environment in eclipse.
We are using one commercial IDE here in our product. But we are not using ny of the features of that IDE . So that I decided to migrate my application Development environment to eclipse, without effecting existing development set up(folder structure and building).
So I have chosen some plug-ins
>One is weblogic server plug-in for eclipse

I like the dynamic class loading feature of this plug-in. so no need to restart the server when any of the class file in the class path is changed.
